Refund policy
At Simply Pure Pet Co., we carefully handcraft every all-natural treat. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns once shipped or delivered. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at simplypurepetco@gmail.com. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund (shipping excluded unless the error was ours). Please note: we can’t offer refunds for pets’ taste preferences. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.
